practice on the representation of individuals who have sustained
work-related injuries.
Phillip Hawkins understands his clients' needs for effective and efficient
service, and he strives to exceed their expectations. The relationship

mutual trust. Mr. Hawkins values clear, open communication in order to help
his clients understand their legal matters and the services he is providing.
He endeavors to understand a client's needs, and then to tailor his level of
service to achieve the client's objectives. By doing so, Mr. Hawkins is able

they have come to expect from him.
Phillip Hawkins received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Graceland College
in Iowa and earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Tulsa.
Mr. Hawkins has over nine years of experience in the field of worker’s
compensation law.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Hawkins worked with a leading Tulsa
law firm representing Respondents in worker’s compensation claims. He has
spent the last six years representing injured Oklahomans in worker’s
compensation claims at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Hawkins is a past-president of the Oklahoma Bar Association Worker’s
Compensation Section. He is also a board member of the Worker’s Compensation
Section of the Tulsa County Bar Association as well as the Oklahoma Bar
Association. He is a frequent speaker at seminars dealing with worker’s
compensation issues and his views on legislation affecting the rights of
injured workers have been released by several publications, including the
Tulsa World and The Daily Oklahoman.
