Vocational Rehabilitation

When you are unable to perform your job duties due to your on-the-job injury, you may be entitled to vocational retraining services that are paid for by your employer or their insurance company. Under certain circumstances, you may be eligible to receive a weekly check during this retraining period. This is probably one of the most beneficial but under-utilized benefits available to an injured worker.
